The following is the text of a press release issued by Godawari Power & Ispat :        Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the May 25, 2012 as Relevant Date for allotment of 50,00,000 warrants on preferential basis to M/s. Hira Infra-Tek Ltd. The Relevant date was inadvertently informed to the stock Exchange as May 26, 2012, which has now been rectified; the corrected copy of the Notice is attached.
